BANMASTER
Commercial Account Data Base
BANMASTER is a data base that directly aids in decentralized
commercial account management. One of its advantages is that is
oriented toward the work of account executives and commercial
agents, and provides precise and individualized information with
respect to clients.
The level of information provided by the system allows direct and
individual account management, using data registers that contain
a variable grade of detail, according to the nature and situation
of clients.
The system has a structure that promotes easy access to
information, and permits follow-up tasks such relating persons,
companies, financial status and commercial activity between the
user institution and its clients.
BANMASTER permits direct enquiry over its data files to identify
or locate clients by name, branch or assigned account executive,
as well as by the contents or dates of complementary information.
This facilitates selective screen and hard copy listings of the
data base according to a variety of information levels, sorts and
other criteria.
The BANMASTER data registers are structured with great flexibility
to allow the users to the adequately generate and maintain files.
The options have been constructed for departmentalized
applications. The level of detail of information can be modified
according to the natural evolution of a commercial account.
BANMASTER provides for file importation/exportation to and from
other environments, facilitating made-to-measure selection,
calculation and reports, through dBase III and ORACLE PC.
BANMASTER is designed to be operated by end users, such as
secretaries, administrative personnel and account executives, and
does not require special computer knowledge. The homogeneity of its
formats and functions, as well as selfexplanatory messages make it
particularly easy to operate.
BANMASTER is also secure software, utilizing menu driven functions
to verify user identification and passwords. Subsequently, it
controls due authorization and the status and normalcy of
operations. It also has file backup functions available at all
times.
BANMASTER runs on IBM PC's and PC compatible microcomputers, with
the minimum of hard disk and within a standard software
environment.
The system requires the appropriate communications and applications
software for file transfer to other hardware or software
environments.
